Booking and service terms.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit and written confirmation.
You may pay in full on confirmation, or 50% on confirmation with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the event.
If cancelled more than 7 days before the event, eligible payments are refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Please provide all allergy and dietary information as early as possible. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate requirements, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Additional travel, staffing or equipment charges may apply where relevant and will be included in the quotation.
